Skipping the first or last stage turns logistics into blind repetition. The battlefield and Control Zone can change while a vehicle is in transit.
Stage 1: Confirm demand
Before loading, answer:
- Which position or group needs support?
- What exact resource, item, or transport service is missing?
- How much can the destination receive or use now?
- Who confirmed the need?
- Will the position still matter by the expected arrival time?
If the answer is simply “the frontline probably needs supplies,” ask again. A driver who confirms one useful delivery can contribute more than a driver who sends several wrong loads to an abandoned position.
For FOB deliveries, coordinate with the FOB building guide. The builder should state the next functional priority instead of requesting every available resource.
Stage 2: Plan the load
The public launch build must confirm resource names, package sizes, vehicle capacities, purchase locations, and transfer interactions. Once verified, choose the smallest load that solves the confirmed problem and leaves room for likely follow-up needs.

Stage 4: Deliver and report
